hypersudoku is one of the many things that I didn't invent, but I wish I had. it was my main inspiration for creating these sudoku variants in the first place.
one of our local free papers - the "Rino" (no link 'cause it's a stoopid paper otherwise) prints a weekly hypersudoku alongside the NY Times crossword puzzle. I am duty-bound to solve both - over a couple of hours and few too many beers, every Thursday night.
